Erica Greene is juggling her experience with being a new mom while being quarantined from COVID-19. She shares how not being able to depend on others to step in and help her has been really tough.
Erica’s husband is a pharmacist, and his work demands have been drastically increased, making her time at home even more difficult. Both with taking care of her 9-month-old son and not being able to have grown-up conversations on a regular basis has been the toughest part of this for her.
During this conversation, you can watch Erica as she is even juggling taking care of her son, who has also just learned how to crawl making him even more mobile, and video-calling with me at the same time.
Erica says that she misses her friends the most; however, she misses the pressures of obligations the least. She encourages everyone to take what they have learned from this quarantined situation and carry that forward. She’s excited to see how we come out stronger on the other side of this.
