How to spend your #SpringBreak2018

Hi, friends! It’s Spring Break here, at the time we are recording, and we thought we’d share a fun episode about taking a hike and/or extended backpacking trip into the wilderness.

Since Tiffany is the master backpacker here and actually headed out for a few days on the Appalachian Trail with her family and a group of scouts, she unpacks (pun intended) what typical backpacking prep looks like for her family – from what food they take, drinking filtered water from the streams, how to train yourself and a group of scouts, and even how to use the potty; this includes number two. 😉

If you’re an avid backpacker, hiker, or just love to travel, join the conversation at teaoflifepodcast.com or on Facebook and share what trips you’ve taken, how you pack and prepare, and what you did on your Spring break. Because we want to know!

If you’re interested in taking a backpacking trip yourself, and you don’t know where to start, Tiffany has collaborated a list of must-have items and created links to make it super easy for you.
