Backpacking for Beginners

Hi, friends! It’s Spring Break here, at the time we are recording, and we thought we’d share a fun episode about taking a hike and/or extended backpacking trip into the wilderness.

Since Tiffany is the master backpacker here and actually headed out for a few days on the Appalachian Trail with her family and a group of scouts, she unpacks (pun intended) what typical backpacking prep looks like for her family – from what food they take, drinking filtered water from the streams, how to train yourself and a group of scouts, and even how to use the potty; this includes number two. 😉
