The Benefits of Chiropractic Care

You may have heard of some of the benefits of drinking tea, but did you know about using it as a beauty aid? Listen in as we talk about uses of tea and the benefits of chiropractics for both preventative and treatment avenues.

Below is Lisa’s hair tea recipe, using Rosemary, Cinnamon & Fenugreek tea:

*2 – 3 washed fresh rosemary sprigs
*1 stick of cinnamon 5 – 10whole fenugreek seeds 6 – 8 cups of water Boil the rosemary, cinnamon,

Directions: Boil the rosemary, cinnamon, fenugreek, and water. Allow mixture to simmer for 40-60 minutes, or until the tea is a dark brown. Allow tea to cool to room temperature. After the tea has cooled, strain the tea and store in a spray bottle or glass container. (A spring of fresh rosemary can be added to the stored tea.) Apply to scalp/hair after hair is washed (both pre and post conditioner), or as a leave in rinse/spray after conditioning hair.
